Rates & Policies at Lightning Ranch

Rates

Daily $50 per night (includes electric)

Weekly $250 per week (Includes electric)

Monthly $450 plus monthly electric usage at $.15 / kwh with a MOVE in Electric Deposit of $100

Cabin is $125 per night plus applicable (sales tax/occupancy tax). Minimum two night stay.

Note: if you plan on staying longer than one month with us please contact us to make sure we can accommodate you as we book up quickly. Many of our guests have returned multiple times. We can always add you to the waitlist.

PHASE 2 is now OPEN with full connections. FIBER is also an added option. We ran FIBER to each site so those planning to stay a while can contact Bandera County Electric Coop and check on package rates for FIBER. Rates will apply for those that sign up for this option Between you and Bandera County Electric Coop. WIFI is still available in your DAILY/WEEKLY/ Monthly Rate. Pull Through and Back IN sites available.
